Designed a turnkey system for gypsum dewatering project at a power plant in Sullivan, IN. This system consists of multiple tanks, pumps, conveyors, and horizontal belt filter. The project started from bid phase to equipment startup. Similar system normally take multiple years to complete, we’ve the system operating less 9 months.
Customize Machine Design
Rubber Grinding Machine
Customized rubber grinding machine to remove rubber covering on large diameter pulleys. It has the capacity to grind rubber pulley up to 48 inches diameter and 14 feet long. It has two axis of movements with variable speed controls for the pulley rotation and horizontal carriage for the grinder. This allows for flexibility of the grinder to use for different rubber hardness and pulley diameters.
